This Privacy Policy describes the personal information we collect through this website at www.essentially-morgan.com (the “Site”). Visitors and any users of the site are referred to as “user”, “you” and “your” and Company is referred to as “we,” “us,” and “our.” Accessing this Site constitutes a use of the Site and an acceptance to our Privacy Policy. Use of the Site, including all materials presented herein and all online Services provided by Company, is subject to the following Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to all site visitors, customers and all other users of the Site. By using the Site or Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy, without modification, and acknowledge reading it.

INFORMATION

This Site only collects the personal information you voluntarily provide to us, which includes your name and e-mail address, in order to subscribe to our newsletter, comment on our blog, or purchase services and/or online products.

If you opt-in to receive our newsletter, the option to unsubscribe will be included in every e-mail. We do share your information with trusted third parties who provide support in running this website including any blog or newsletter. All parties will keep your information confidential and will never be shared with unrelated third parties.

However, you acknowledge that the personal information you voluntarily share could be accessed or tampered with by a third party. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please submit a request via brittany@ardentlifedesign.com . Note -You will be required to verify your identity before we fulfill your request. You can also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. To do so, you must provide us with written authorization or a power of attorney, signed by you, for the agent to act on your behalf. You will still need to verify your identity directly with us.
 
Certain information may be exempt from such requests under applicable law. For example, we need certain types of information so that we can provide service to you. If you ask us to delete it, you may no longer be able to access or use the service.

California's “Shine the Light” law, Civil Code section 1798.83, requires certain businesses to respond to requests from California residents asking about the business' practices related to disclosing Personal Information to third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose Personal Information to such entities, for such purposes.

The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) sets forth certain obligations for businesses that “sell” personal information. Based on the definition of “sell” under the CCPA and under current regulatory guidance, we do not believe we engage in such activity and have not engaged in such activity in the past twelve months.

NEVADA RESIDENTS

Nevada law (SB 220) requires website operators to provide a way for Nevada consumers to opt out of the sale of certain information that the website operator may collect about them. We do not sell your Personal Information to third parties as defined in Nevada law, and will not do so in the future without providing you with notice and an opportunity to opt-out of such sale as required by law.
